About the Author
Dr. Brenda Kay Small has served as an educator for over 20 years. As an International Baccalaureate high school principal and middle school principal she learned how to effectively serve the needs of gifted students and their parents. She is a Ford Next Generation Learning Community Coach, and works nationwide to build partnerships between schools, businesses, and universities. She earned her doctorate and master’s degrees from the University of South Florida in Education Leadership and Policy Studies.
