Vendor Information & Registration


SATURDAY SEMINAR! 

December 10th 2023

DETAILS: This is a parent event for gifted learners, and we are looking for a few more vendors who would like to promote their businesses. We already have a book vendor and will be serving coffee, but are open to providing spaces for other services. We are inside a local school and can provide one six foot table and two chairs per vendor.

Location: A school near 59th Ave & Happy Valley Rd

Booth/Table

  • $50 per table (we can provide) or the space for a table if you have your own setup
  • Deadline December 1st 
  • Bring extension cords for power
  • Set up opens at 7:30 am
  • Event Times: 8:30am - 12:00 pm. 
  • Register by December 1st
  • We are expecting around 150 people.

 

Bag Promotions

  • $25 per item
  • Bags will be given to the first 100 attendees
  • Items must be dropped off (or mailed to and received) by December 1st - Information ins included in the item link below
