Beverly A. Trail, Ed.D., is the National Association for Gifted Children's Special Population Network Chair. She is a twice-exceptional consultant, trainer, researcher, and frequent presenter at the National Association for Gifted Children and the Council for Exceptional Children conventions. Her career in education spans 22 years with experience at the district level as gifted education coordinator, resource teacher, and twice-exceptional consultant.
